WHAT IS TICKETS?

If any support related to breakdown or high priority assistance required, then required to raise the ticket, each ticket cost you 500INR/10USD. Advanced or premium users will be getting full money back as a service.

LICENSE CAN BE USED FOR ONE COMPUTER ONLY?

Yes,  All system licenses should be used in same shop/office in same LOCAL AREA NETWORK(LAN). License is valid for one year. One license will be issued for one payment.

SOFTWARE IS FREE?

Software is not free for business use, We are providing the Software As a Service (SAS),  No need to purchase the software(like other software). We are offering the nominal yearly subscription charge for getting upgrade, advanced feature and quality support.

ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?

There is no hidden charges. We are able to offer affordable price because we are not spending on marketing, advertisements etc,. Our MOTO is to give quality software with affordable price.

ANY FEE CHARGED ADDITON TO SUBSCRIPTION?

We will be accepting the payment as listed above. We are allowed only to our registered distributors to charge additional service fee for giving the onsite supports like installation, training and support.

ANY TRAINING PROVIDED?

We understand the importance of user training, If required we will be providing online training with additional cost.  Reach team InventoryPlus here for additional details. Software bundled with lot of video tutorials and Help manual.

WHY LIFETIME LICENSE IS REQUIRED?

Subscription license will stop working once after completing the subscription period, Required to renew the subscription yearly. Lifetime license no need to renewal the software yearly. Hasslefree usage and one time investment.

TRIAL VERSION EXPIRED, WHAT ABOUT OLD DATA?

Software will start working as it is once after activating the subscription. There is no worries of data loss. Same will holds good for trial version as well.

HOW TO TRANSFER LICENSE?

In case of system crashes or required to transfer the the license to other system/server then required to deactivate and activate the license in new system.

UPGRADE TO ADVANCED VERSION IS POSSIBLE?

Subscription can be upgraded to advanced version at anytime by paying the difference amount. Subscription period will be remain same as per initial purchase

Terms and Conditions

  • Software provide option to edit the report template according to your requirements using Manage report section, However if you are not comfortable to edit the template then we will provide Invoice template customization support with additional cost. Cost is depends on required format and we will be charging 500INR/10USD for regular invoice and label customization. We will take 1-5 business days to update the bill template according to your requirement and time-frame is based on availability of support staff.
  • We do not provide data entry service and will not make any changes to your data. We will not be doing your data transfer from your old system to new system. Software is providing import feature of product, customers and suppliers help to import old software data to InventoryPlus easily.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security and backup of your data. We do not have access to your data and we are not responsible for loss of your data due to your system failures.
  • We strongly suggest that you take regular backup of your data and maintain a backup either on Cloud/Internet as suggested here, or on a device other than your main computer/server where you are storing database.
  • InventoryPlus comes with a default Login ID and Password. We will strongly suggest to change password for the default admin user login.
  • License is transferable to another computer if your computer hardware fails or upgrades. You have to use the subscription deactivate and activate feature only when system failures. We will have all rights to deactivate your subscription if we found subscription is transferred to other system or party without our notice.
  • License once purchased is non-refundable. License cannot be transferred to another party.
  • Refund Policy: Software available as a free download with 50 sales bills trial. Explore all features of the app during this trial period. If you like it (we are sure you will love it!!), you have to pay a subscription fee to use it further. Once you have paid for any of the plan, there is no refund available as we are already offering a trial period for you to evaluate. However, If you have paid twice by mistake or your bank has charged you twice, In that case contact us we still have one day refund policy. you have to contact with in 24 hours after payment with valid reason then we will initiate refund.
